A 17M share increase in the outstanding was someone converting from preferred to common shares. Sounds like faith in the common shares as who doesn't want preferred shares. And Tom Coleman, who gave over control of the company, STILL hasn't sold any shares; sounds like he has faith in the new management too.

Why isn't this going up? Just amazes and confuses me. As usual.
