There is no doubt in my mind this is a buyout/consolidation. There may even be kind of a reverse split. Meaning because of buyout it my be one for 10 or 20 as part of the deal. There is no doubt if that occurs the stock will go out for NASDAQ purposes. Dirv does not have the money to really make a go of it but certainly has a good business model and is known in the field.
