City of Las Vegas voted yes to weed lounges in the Downtown District only. Thats where TRTC owns the property just off Fremont St. It was an old Cigar shop 4,500 sqft. Really close to the Giant Slot Machine Zip Line that goes straight down Fremont St. Downtown is not in Clark County where the LV Strip is. So far Blum could have the only dispensary with a weed lounge attached to it. Clark County hasn't voted on it yet. TRTC hasn't remodeled the property yet, maybe they were waiting for the vote first then remodel the property accordingly. Weed Lounge has to be separated from Sales of cannabis and have heavy duty ventilation. This location can do more than 2 dispensaries in one year due to foot traffic from tourists around the world staying in downtown casinos / hotels just a walk away. Just don't gamble and lose your cannabis money along the way:)
