I know these 2 items are highly anticipated by Bulls for some reason and I'm guessing Berman will announce them w/ great fanfare...

Looking thru Berman's claims (and there's SO MUCH to wade thru as you know), I couldn't find a business-case, or any reason to actually care about the re-name, or re-domicile.

Is Hexa just a re-branding scheme? A promise made by Berman in order to appear forward-thinking and hard-working and 'busy'?

Again, why move to CO?

What's the business case that make either important? Delaware is hard to beat for corp taxes, and weed is already everywhere. Was this just a lifestyle change for Berman? Is he an avid skier or rock climber or something?

According to "financials" the re-domicile was required prior to share reduction. Now there are widespread claims this has already occurred.

Significant events like Hexa & CO often come w/ share-restructure that's not to shareholder benefit. I'm aware what the footnotes say about this but can't help but wonder...
