You touched on the problem a little bit. The real issue is everyone has been buying shares of Nexus Energy not Applicate. We own shares of a defunct oil and gas company if they cannot get this name and ticker change then what happens? FINRA approves all that stuff and for some reason a former AG can't get the paperwork done... scary. So what happens if they cant do it? This thing is toast!!! Tempy exactly right they need to come clean with WTF is going on.
