I'd like to believe this, but I don't think that was necessary or that they have, but if you have other info or proof, then I would gladly change my thinking.
Not that what I think even matters anyways.

Also, that first posting by a river north party clearly defending them, as I said, may not be dependable, thus why I'm asking about court docs of Bennie's. Part of the reason being is a comment in the first posting about bennie being dropped from the case, and I didn't see anything like that in jeffs pages you were so kind to post for us.
