Why haven’t we seen an update to the EXBX profile on OTC markets? There was excitement when the share structure was updated, but nothing on a new CEO? That’s a bad sign. As bad as not seeing an 8K validating the info from the PR, another bad sign that leads to questions on the PR’s legitimacy.

Heck even a twitter account could help validate that info, as questionable as that is, it’s still better than that weird email address from what was once a tech company.
