When the A/S shares were increased the company authorized the conversion of the Preferred to common at any time. Obviously some or all has been converted. I've asked Pink Sheets to update the outstanding shares twice in the past. They seemed unhappy to answer the second time, but I'll try again and see what happens. If they've answered me they will have already updated their data on their website.
