FDA implications are as follows:

Are you compliant with the LAWS - YES

Are you food grade safe facility - (By the looks of the facility) YES

Is there a QC department? (I am assuming YES) YES

Once audits are done and everything is verified, I believe we will have no issues jumping through this hoop.


FDA is a big step for us, but as long as we can pay the bill for the approval and jump through the hoops the FDA require as to be a safe and or compliant product; then I feel we will have no issues with this.

ONCE WE GET A FDA APPROVAL...ALL THE BIG GUYS WILL BE COMING.

WALMART, WAWA, 7/11, CVS, WALGREENS, you name it. They all want HOT NEW products! It will be in Kiosks at malls, it will be everywhere.

We are hitting the market first, and everyone will know ELEV8HEMP COFFEE.

There will be others, but like starbucks, I feel we will maintain a very loyal base of fans and constant volume of usage.

The sky is truly the limit with this stock!
