To those who visit wondering what happened...

This was a TOTAL SCAM.

Touted as some deep submerged old growth logging company with a supposed land rights contract in Panama ( that should have been the first tip off it was a scam) it turns out:

* the land deal never existed, and the land fictitiously CLAIMED was in fact land locked with no right of ways.>>>> LOL#1

* The Equipment a supposed state of the art under water log harvesting machine, was 100% a CAD CAM DRAWING--it never really existed!. >>>>> LOL#2

* Finally the Corporate offices were a 3x5 mail stop mailbox.

OBTW this company had a consulting contract with HEMP INC by a Mr. Bruce Perlowin who "consulted" to the company for shares of stock.

Care to guess how that worked out???
