411 on $FRLF recent acquisition and sharecount numbers -note that this $14 valued acquisition is an all-share, no-cash purchase. there is no dilution or toxic lending here. 500m max OS with one class of share. the numbers in post below are correct best as can be determined. could be leading up to a rather explosive event. the acquired company Green Lotus is cashflow positive, growing fast, and did 1.9m in revs this quarter vs 2m revs for entire 2018.
