$DEVM St Pete City Council , lessons learned perhaps

with the Devmar Development St. Pete Vantage moving
right along (updated pictures on website) and then
going back to the St. Pete Council for the EDGE project
which was approved, perhaps during that using the new
and improved "Devmar Equities" , created questions .

City Councils are strange , been there with some projects
in my past, they are a mixture of Business, maybe Banking, maybe
Real Estate, maybe Teachers, maybe community Leaders , but the
point is they come from many backgrounds and are highly protective
of their "CITY" , but are big on local job creation and local
economic stimulus , from LOCAL COMPANIES.

So if it " Walked like a Florida Duck, Talked like a Florida Duck ,
but was not a Florida Duck (being from Michigan) and then the talking
was about future FLORIDA URBAN DEVELOPMENT ... IMO .. tells me why
the annoucement of moving the Devmar Equities that is "sharing" office
space with Michigan Devmar Development to Florida , makes perfect sense.

Devmar Equities needs to have local FLORIDA Roots , hence becoming
one of the Florida "Ducks" that are " In it to Win it" for all of Florida and the future of Urban Development. This has Rick Baker written all over it for the future .

Prediction
a. PR release of transition from Michigan to "NEW HQ in St. Pete" for Devmar Equities is now completed.

b. Ft. Myers has some announcment on forward movement of Vantage $DEVM Project there .

c. Devmar Development Vantage project in St. Pete gets to a point , where the construction folks can break off in some format to break ground on the St. Pete EDGE project that was approved perhaps by third or last quarte of 2019..

d. By all pictures on Devmar Development EDGE in St Pete, this could be within the next few months as the outside crews are making good gains at St Pete Vantage .. then the inside crews get rolling for finishing late 2019 into start of 2020 of St. Pete Edge project.

e. St. Pete Edge Devmar Equities, gets roling from third quarter 2019 to Mid 2020, not as large as the St. Pete Vantage project.

f. Then The Ft. Myers gets final shovel in the ground approvals in the next few months and the EDGE Construction crew will then start cycling over to that location for $DEVM , for ground and foundation prep towards
the first quarter 2020... .so therefore utilzing all their existing Construction Crews in cycles .

g. Last Quarter 2019 , Rick Baker annouces next targets and has started preliminary meetings with applicable City Councils in applicable Florida Cities for approval on next projects.

Summary
This is strategic plan that involves LARGE CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS and does not happen over night. My prediction is that the Boustead Securities announcement comes (along with the website, OTC and HQ transition somewhere in item F, in the next few months). Not as quick as most
would want... but it appears that is how they roll and this is big business and big money , all has to be done right.
