I used to think that as well. However, after reading the PR's and David Xu's statements I believe there is not going to be any relationship between ZMRK and SBES other than falling under the Canad gpi umbrella. My guess, now, is that ZMRK is going to be Aeropon Leaf and once that project is up and running the Xu's will turn their attention to a similar model in the US with a company based in the US and avoiding any cross border, cannabis issues.
