What is the scam you ask?

They sell a story about a new fresh start to open a chain of Coffee Shops that have CBD in the Coffee... oh and you can relax there too.

You buy shares at .04 down to .0001

They do a Reverse Split (last reverse split was 1:7000 by this guy with this company 6 months ago).

Therefore you lose almost all your shares with a holding value drop of aprox 95%

They go sit on beach for 6 months drinking margaritas hoping everyone who got screwed will just forgive and forget and move on.

Then they change the ticker symbol, enter the latest craze market like CBD this time (last time it was crypto currency), then announce how they reduced the Authorized Shares and Float in a braggadocios way in a PR and start selling shares at 4 cents again.
