Just saw share price .

Events unfolded accordingly .

What usually happens in many pink sheet companies like this is shares go under a .01 at some point, lots of shares of restricted / restricted legends lifted go into the free trading float , and are eventually sold .

Then Company eventually does a reverse stock split to boost price share up.

Shareholders diluted , hurt , but insiders are ok, because they have anti dilutive preferred shares , and then can issue themselves additional shares , but since they have preferred shares, they are protected with anti dilutive shares
