wow, bagholders being created here for sure. company just issued def14c increasing authorized a ton and when they begin issuing even just a few million shares, it's gonna tank pvdg. good luck to those who are not doing their dd here. you never buy a stock that newly raises authorized, because it's always for dilutive purposes. pvdg is no exception.
