UNGAGGED Transfer Agent 702-818-5898 is free to call to get the Authorized and Outstanding anytime (during business hours of course) Rico at Empire stock transfer is very nice and professional!

Their has been no change in ages except last summer when they REDUCED the Authorized and Outstanding share structure This was never press released which shows that there is no pump and dump here or they would have shouted that from the mountain tops.

They also update OTCmarkets.com with the sharestructure frequently.
