10Q WHAT A DISASTER ! Company sold 120+ MILLION SHARES in the quarter to cover their toxic funding with another 1/2 a billion to be sold to K&J if the SEC approves their S-1. They advise the shareholders that the 5 Billion shares they authorized will in all likelihood be issued to continue this toxic funding at the shareholders expense. Just do not see any significant upside in this other than a trade in dips IMO. GLTA if your stuck in this pig.
