Or if company is encountering delays beyond their control. Sid, I don't think DSGT management is liking this delay any more than you and I do. I suspect they are biting at the bit.

They have got to have plenty to tell SHs. Been too long now and operational developments have certainly progressed. Of course, if you think they are a scam, well.... But if you think as I do, they are legit and treating this desire to trade on national board as an IPO, you would be able to handle the delay a bit more painlessly.

DSGT might just be storing ALL positive news until they satisfy SEC and identify the trade platform they intend to seek to then 'release the Terminator'. Full bore. Pent up energy. Obtaining private non-dilutive funding would be icing on the cake.

When this is GOING TO HAPPEN, hell if I know. Thought it would be in May but doesn't look like it. But it is going to happen. Why not just cool your heels and wait for it?

I do not feel that it is a matter of incompetence rather delays created by unexpected administrative paperwork and their effect on moving forward with the business plan. They will get there. Getting excited more each day (hard to believe it can go hand-to-hand with impatience).

IT IS GOING TO HAPPEN. Hang in there!
