This SCAM can't continue to survive--eventually the BAG-HOLDERS of all the LEADED stock will realize there is no exit strategy.

It doesn't matter if you use Convertibles, PIPES, different classes of stock, it all comes back to haunt you.

Not sure what the lesson is --invest poorly and get screwed --- or scam the public with impunity and get screwed. Both I guess.
