No, I wouldn't say that. Companies do file late and are back on schedule the following quarter. Like I said before it could be as FRAN was was late and filled with good surprises, the preview to earnings with FRAN was a good preview as well. Now they are back on schedule, who knows, what the delay is about, but, by the preview will be good.

I am still anxiously awaiting to here of the "plans" the beneficial owner that increased their position spoke of. That believe it or not fills my minds thoughts about FTD ever since it was announced, don't get me wrong I am looking forward to the last Q's numbers but the recent actions and 2 13G filings is where my head is at for the most part.
