I posted that about 3 weeks ago when the claim was a mailbox and a physical address alone is a good sign.

Are you asking for a list of OTC scams? That would take hundreds of pages. Like I said, I know of scams that have a mailbox and a physical address, yet they are undoubtedly scams. Claiming they have a mailbox/address doesn't make SPRV "legit", there are scores of SEC actions against similar companies that had no intentions EXCEPT to sell billions of shares. I know that to be a fact, how? Because the SEC said so when they filed litigation against them for FRAUD.

This is the OTC plus Paul Strickland and Bo Linton are involved. In fact, Paul Strickland is the control person of SPRV. Thorough DD is imperative in order to know the character of these two - It’s no secret.

Of course I can show examples, Here’s the perfect one, similar to SPRV. They had a address and phone, mainly to tell traders how “excited” they were. They used Twitter to further their p&d. The SEC said the company AND the CEO were fraudulent. Unbeknownst to traders, the CEO was receiving $250k from promoters to issue fraudulent PRs, nothing he included in the PRs was accurate nor truthful:

Here’s three more, also similar to SPRV. They had an address and phone. They matched trades to defraud the public. They had no intentions of producing a product:

More shown in this link, all with similarities to SPRV:

Can you show examples of all of those scams?
