need some input from those in the know. I read the 1st qtr. report. I did not some any discussion or financials on LPI. I know they are a separate entity, however, our 5% plus interest in the company has a dollar value. their value is the largest value in the assets of UPCA. Like all balance sheets it's not the numbers but where you put the assets/liabilities in the balance spreadsheet. I would appreciate it if some one can explain where the LPI financial value effects UCPA'S financials. thanks in advance... IMHO
