Not an official statement so take it for what it is worth.


"Management was expecting an update this afternoon from the operators at both the Sandy Point prospect and Buck Snag. I hope to have that information for you sometime tonight, if not I hope tomorrow morning. What I do have for you now is that a drill rig was contracted for Sandy Point and expected to be up and running sometime within one week. They anticipate drilling and completing by the end of November.

Drilling is also expected to spud any day at Buck Snag. This is the first of two new holes on this site, expected to be drilled and completed also by the end of this month.

The Manvel prospect was also anticipated to be drilled prior to the end of this calendar year, depending on drill availability.

Clovelly, will not be drilled until sometime in the first quarter of 2007, as this is the earliest I have been told based upon deep drill availability as well.

I kindly ask for your patience until I receive the most up to date information to pass on to you. "
