SO YOU UNDERSTAND CLEARLY WHAT HAPPENED

OKAY....SO the leading owner of the stock (part of what totals 18 million outstanding shares) Named Ambrose last week exercised whats called a "warrant" this is something from last year where the terms included the option at a later point to purchase and equal amount of shares at a particular price if he wanted (the terms are always different)


So..Along with some other guy a total (mostly his though) bought a total of 875,000 shares (via warrant) @ $1.00. as i Monitored the big transactions through fidelity...last week Ambrose position was reduced, but to who wasnt know until now

Where did the shares go and why was the volume not showing it? Answer: Because it was a PRIVATE transaction of 650k shares....these 3,181 share were OPEN MARKET....
