Agree/posted I didn't included the interest on the Seniors, also didn't include any interest in return since whatever date considered paid in full.

also stated we don't know how this may end up in 5th or settlement, so we're guessing on the basis to make this calculation. for me, 10% is mafia-esque interest for 2008+, and if it's my lawsuit I'm going to point that out in court/negotiate in any settlement...

but this could just be my ignorance
