ONCS...R/S 1:10 effected today. Then they announced an offering after market close today(pricing undisclosed).Is this going to be the next post-RS play? Everyone is screaming & kicking about the offering.But this has become standard procedure after an R/S these days,specially for these Bios.Identical to CANF-like them, ONCS also had good news earlier today(Patent news, link below),followed it with the offering news -everyone was mad about the CANF offering yesterday, but today it turned into a nice swing play. Do you see same happening with ONCS too(of course once the dust settles)?
