You can sell online, just not buy currently. lifting the ban would only add buyers, not being disingenuous. That’s just a logical deduction. One could say some sellers may be waiting for ban to lift so there would be buyers, that would be my only caveat, but if they are that careful, they’ve done their DD and won’t let their shares go at this level.
