I would not rely on year old news nor would I rely on the fake news out there, takes a lot of volume to move a stock like this, or overwhelming news, even if the news were to be overwhelming I believe you would have plenty of time to create your position. Little to no risk if all the facts are in place. No one can or should call the bottom on this stock, as I watch those calling others stupid for selling from .008 down to where we are at today and we are still in the downward spiral. Do your DD and find your truth and you may avoid the potholes of investing.
