We don't need no stinkin fed judge to tell us what's wrong. What matters is WE know we're right! We've got those that know more than dumb ol judge right here. What we worry? Nah, we've already determined her ruling is as good as overturned. Same ones who told us the ex parte was nothing but a stupid ploy for time and a trivial matter that Obviously would be thrown out (except guess what, it wasn't..). Gotta luv those "final written decisions". Pretty damn FINAL, eh? What's that you say? It's not final yet? How can final not be final?
How about because the cabal can do and say whatever they want and get away with it and take as long as they want doing so.......because that's how they operate as long as it brings them, winky winky stuff. Final written decision going on a year and a half old now I think. The longer the better thru the use of the ol "funnel", in my humble opinion of course. Just my overactive imagination probably. They (judges, courts, lawyers, indiders, etc, would NEVER be on the take, NEVER! How could anybody even think such a thing? But why do these "decisions" keep taking so damn long? It's cool how the ptab is fully allowed to take as long as they want, right? They have their reasons...which are: "we'll get to it when we get to it". They are able to make THAT decision very quickly.
Just remember one thing....
If they rule against us, they are corrupt and they need to be banished from the law. But if they rule for us, they are just way cool...
