Ok, so lets get real here, this is a micro business. With sales under 3million that doesn't even qualify for a part time consultant. Would make better sense to hire an outside firm, which "Jack" probably is. They are probably SWAM certified or should be. Lol if you check the CEO, CFO, Accounting, ect are all the same person Mr. Fairbrother. For perspective you local convenience store probably has more revenue.
