All you have is speculation and hope, no results or safety in earlier stage disease. The market for an IV drug that gives the dying a few more months is miniscule compared to a drug that can slow down or reverse the disease in early stages.

Alkon has been involved in bio failures before, there is no reason to believe this one will be commercially viable.
