I may be wrong in my understanding; but they simply have three options to profit from their success: 1. Buy more shares so when it does eventually go up, they can sell (if they choose) for a big profit. 2. Stay public with a low PPS but pay themselves ridiculously high salaries to make up for the lack of wealth in their shares. 3. Buy back all shares so they can go private and then it doesn't matter.

If they do decide on option 2: keep the PPS low to accumulate more while paying themselves extremely high salaries, that will eventually catch up with them. Serious players with big money won't like a ridiculously small PPS.

So that eventually, in the long run, leaves them with completely buying us out, in which case they will have to pay top dollar for my shares, or letting the PPS increase by actually reflecting their financials correctly and not paying themselves through the roof. Either way, I eventually profit. Just may take a few years.
