I'm just guessing here, but, I would suppose there still alot of pissed off shareholders still reeling from the the 1:7000 reverse split. You'll see people selling for the next two years as tax losses are needed...that's what I did. They may not be posting on this board anymore, but the shares are still sitting in their accounts.

Lovatt may have the luxury of running from one business idea to the next, but each time he does so, he drags with him a load of shareholders from previous ventures.
