I answered the question you asked.
It is clear why people like me would prefer to buy retail. 25% isn't that much of a discount. We see that in PPS fluctuations all the time.

I'm not a passive investor with millions laying around. I am a control freak that watches my money like a hawk and deep dives into research. It just happens that CRSM is some of the best research I've ever been fortunate enough to run across in the OTC.

I won't buy restricted shares of anything. I want control of my money now. That is why I or anyone would pay retail... which is the question, right?
