I sure hope you are right! It would be unexplainable to leave that kind of money on the table without doing EVERYTHING possible including selling the company or parts. I think it's his best option to quickly raise a sizeable amount of capitial to keep the boat afloat or entice a buyer. 2M here and there or a hostile takeover is BS.

He better check his ego fast and get real! A possible Cannabis pure play? Sell the entire company now (private equity/Danaher/other) for $4+ (120M+ Market Cap), collect the cash and walk away. It would make the greatest amount of investors whole.
