That is a great question, thanks for asking!

You could have had that same price today in the open market so honestly, the real question is, why would anyone buy restricted UNLESS you were not interested in even looking at CRSM for the next year while your holdings were restricted, untradeable or unsaleable.

CRSM was down 25% at one point just today and I've been here for ages every day... researching... and sitting on the bid collecting the stock on 25%+ dips and hitting the ask too. I have complete control over my stock bought in the open market because my stock is free trading.

To be an accredited investor, there are specific rules for net worth and yearly income. The stock that an accredited investor would get is restricted which means they are locked up for a year and they need to deal with clearing houses etc.
Personally, I'm more active in the market so I want to buy where I can do with my shares whatever I want on a daily or moment by moment basis.
