Make sure that you understand that any dilution that is taking place right now is from issued shares that already disclosed in the amended recent filing back from Q1 and Q2. In May 2019, we started Q3.

The reason we still have dilution from back then is because shareholders are competing with the toxic note holders and dumping their shares. Essentially making them worse than the note holders.
