Something is going on with polysign as well. You have the cofounder and cto of ripple on the team. Their objective is to provide institutional level custody. David Schwartz always says he is really excited about it but can’t say anything.

Perhaps banks could clear out their Nostro and vostro accounts and use some of that to purchase xrp to be stored at polysign to facilitate all their cross boarder payments. All they would need is one account at polysign to hold xrp and then they can send payments anywhere on ripplenet with xrapid where the payment rails are setup. Probably frees up a lot of capital in the banks to be used on more productive things
