I wonder if Garnock canceling the corporate registration for his nano-bio ventures is connected with the Mount Tam Delaware subsidiary he bought out last October which came with $6m of NOLs and tax credits.
Also have to wonder if it might fold into a M&A with Vrus.
Hmmm.

It has been speculated here that Garnock related companies Reset Bioscience and/or Disruption Labs would make logical M&A candidates for Verus. Well, for some reason, the corporate registrations for both companies were voluntarily withdrawn/cancelled in Florida and California on May 12, 2019.

Could be something, could be nothing. But interesting to say the least.
