DNRG update - NEW CEO email and more!
I should have posted this for everyone sooner, but I’ve been busy!!
Let me preface this by saying, it really has been a crazy, AWESOME last 30 days of DNRG DD —— DNRG did NOT go anywhere. CEO is hard at work and ready to do updates!
This is how I got here. There was already the good news on usaid.gov showing DNRG still active with PowerAfrica in April. After that, I set out to find a company contact. At first, I couldn’t get anybody. Then, the company transfer agent which I found on otcmarkets.com said they could forward my email to the company. I gave that a shot, and to my delight I ended up getting the email for the man himself- CEO Neal Allen.
In my initial email I let the company know I am an investor, and that I could utilize free, creative channels to let people online know the company is still active. (Honestly, I was just saying anything I could for a reply!). Ultimately, I think Neal thought that was pretty funny.??
Long story short, not only did I receive a reply from Neal, but he also chatted with me on the phone, and that was super cool. He was very forthright and professional. Extremely intelligent, yet easy to talk to. He answered as many of my questions as he could.

Here’s what I found out:
1. CEO can be reached at nealallen@nealallen.com
2. Company is ready to fire up the IR engine for a major announcement
3. When I asked questions about what kind of major announcement, Neal confirmed that it’s an agreement with a major company that everyone will recognize by name (if you know DNRG’s history this is NOT surprising)
4. The deal is with a major company and I think it has something to do with an Angola
5. CEO is often traveling back and forth from Johannesburg to Angola
6. CEO said the company can and will provide online updates (Twitter) etc
7. Email CEO for more updates if you’re like me, and can’t wait for the official ones
My guess as to where this could go from here:
The last time there was a company update from DNRG, the stock ran from trips to 37 cents. And, I’m pretty certain of how hard it is to find stocks that go from 0003 to 001 on less than 100M in volume, but this past Friday that is exactly what DNRG did. This has penny land written all over it as soon as an update hits - that’s my opinion.
I wish I had more to add, but I think the company and CEO will provide updates as needed. I just got lucky with my timing in terms of getting an update from the CEO and being able to make a post. Neal is a great CEO from what I can tell. He actually told me that my timing was perfect. It was the first thing he said to me on the phone. You can draw your own conclusions from that.
My gut feeling is that some time today or this week we will get an update. I think it’s definitely possible, if not probable. DNRG
