The Company shares office space with DevMar, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (“DevMar”). DevMar is a member of DK Acquisitions, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (“DK Acquisitions”). DK Acquisitions holds title to all issued and outstanding shares of Convertible Series A Preferred Stock in the Company (the “Series A Preferred Stock”). The Series A Preferred Stock carries the voting control of the Company. The Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer for the Company is Mark DeMaria, who is also the sole member of DevMar. Paesano Akkashian Apkarian, PC serves as outside counsel for the Company.

"DevMar Development, the company that wants to build a boutique hotel in the Edge District, has a political heavyweight on its staff.

Former St. Petersburg Mayor Rick Baker joined DevMar as director of business development in late January, said Mark DeMaria, CEO of DevMar.

The move comes as DevMar, currently headquartered in suburban Detroit, begins to plan a headquarters move to St. Pete and switches its development focus to the Florida Gulf Coast and central Florida.

4. Summary and IMO

Devmar Equities has heard from the St. Pete City Council IMO ,
if you have your companies under state of Florida , hired ex two
term Florida Mayor Rick Baker, who is Mr. Florida, plan on developing
in Ten More Florida Cities..
The simple question most City Councils ask.. is "Why is it then,
that Devmar Equities does not have an office based in Florida" ??

Hence the annoucement of Devmar Equities moving to their HQ from
Devmar Development Michigan offices to Florida. Rick Baker has been
out there looking for office space until the first DEVM project is
built.... would make sense and probably assure some positive feedback
from Florida Folks as being more 'secure' in Florida Future.
