DD i believe that with 1 1/2 weeks we see listing. The other thing i thought of. As mention ARWR has been invite to the Russell Small Cap- Not their rev is around $60 and market cap is 1.8 billion.(price of arwr before announcement yesterday $19.00- today $23)
PRED has 275 million shares out and price of $4.00 yielding market cap of $1.1 billion with rev around $50 run rate.
Point being there will be a time that PRED will be acted to join some sort of index such as Small Cap Russell or any number of others and institutions are forced to buy.
