I am buying more shares at these prices. This deal is happening. It’s all spelled out it in the last 8K and the one before that. And all the other filings. It’s what we all speculated on about K&J Funds. SGMD plans to utilize them to complete the acquisition of Bizright. They have paid Bizright $800,000 and once they have paid the rest then Bizright will be a fully acquired company. Then full revenue recognition. We all knew there was going to be little to no revenue recognition this Q. It an opportunity right now to get in cheap!
