Thanks for the analysis mdsone. Really appreciate your time and effort in pulling this together. All of what you said makes sense. However, I don't understand the need for creating PR345, merging (I actually think it is a RM) with GXXM, and then merge with MMMM. Why not MMMM directly merge with GXXM? Why the need for PR345, transferring of revs from GXXM to PR345, etc.?

15B AS is obviously to be used for M&A's - so that doesn't bother me.

Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.
