I am current shareholer with XXX,XXX + shares of Devmar Equities (DEVM) and I noticed that the OTC Markets have
downgraded Devmar Equities (DEVM) from "Current" to " YIELD" . The reason indicated was limited information , financial
or late on information for filing.
I have seen the May 15, 2019 Financial Disclosure posted and it would appear this suffices , unless there are other elements
that the OTC Markets is looking for Devmar Equities to provide.

I have sent a message to the respected Mark DeMaria and Ms. Shelby F. , also asking for some followup there . I am sure
all the hard work put in by the Devmar Team and the Legal requirements will show further positive movement with the projects
in Florida, but concerned about the above.
