We don’t know if Sitra has any personal holdings of common shares since the company went dark on reporting. They no longer are obligated to inform shareholders of insider transactions or any material information related to the financials. The company has no money so I am wondering who is funding the filings and attorney fees at this point. Maybe there are things happening still and we will eventually see some nice returns for the long wait. Sitra doesn’t have a very good track record of being transparent and was investigated by the SEC in the past for defrauding investors so can’t always trust he has the interest of shareholders in mind.
