GNCP - Here’s my Take On BioCann and the reason they are now us GNCP:

They were spun off by Instadose and Acquired by GNCP Strategically.

Instadose is planning IPOs in Toronto, Canada, also in Frankfurt, Germany and eventually here on the NASDAQ.

GNCP/ BioCann Will be making numerous Acquisitions, Licensing Deals, JV Partnerships etc....

GNCP/BioCann mentioned Value Added Products thru eCommerce and the possibility of Retail Brick-and-Mortar stores.

While GNCP/BioCann is Building a CBD Cannibas SUPER HOUSE here is the USA
Instadose is planning their footprint Internationally with their 50 YEAR contract With the DRC!!!!!!!!

Don’t think that we won’t be making Acquisitions in Canada and Germany too because we will be all over the world IMO.

When the Timing is Right IMHO I believe that Instadose Will Make Their Move here and Acquire GNCP/BioCann which will already be running with Many Acquisitions and growing Leaps and Bounds Gobbling Up the Competition.

Instadose will Reverse Merge With GNCP/BioCann; gaining many tax loss Forward benefits plus they will hit the Floor Running With Us since we will have laid the ground work already!

We will Up List To The NASDAQ and then We Will Take Over The Entire SUPPLY CHAIN / Omni-Channel CANNIBAS BUSINESS GLOBALLY IMHO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is Not as Far Fetched as Some May Think!!!!!

In Fact it’s Extremely Possible and Can be a Reality Sooner than some think too IMO.
