I expect re- filings by end of May here

and attorney letter and pink current

status by mid June.... and as long as

we still have a 5 million float... and all

indications is that we are a "true" 5

million float.... I see 2 cents again

Minimum.... and if a r/m partner is

unveiled...... boomage
