I think something must have gone wrong and could be one or more of the following

1. They are required to amend their previous filings due to a big error.

2. Lost a lot of business or contracts which would reflect in their filings.

3. Lawsuit?

4. No more agreement with arrow?

It can't be due to IB as for them to even complete their DD, one of their basic covenants is timely filing. Also this wouldn't have delayed filings

It can't be due to a merger, for same reasons as above and wouldn't delay filings

Doesn't seem it could be due to positive news as why would they delay filings?

Filings also don't take this long for a firm to complete as they are pretty cookie cutter unless management messed up
